Aperol Spritz

The color of a Venetian sunset and just as impossible to rush, the Aperol Spritz is the taste of an Italian terrace in late afternoon. Bitter-sweet, effervescent, low in alcohol and high in charm — it asks for nothing more than good company and no particular occasion.

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
2. Pour in the prosecco, then the Aperol.
3. Top with a splash of soda water.
4. Stir gently once.
5. Garnish with a half slice of orange.
